Do you turn your thermostat down when you go to bed, then turn it up again in the morning? This is called a setback, and you probably shouldn’t do that with your heat pump.
With a furnace, you could save money by setting back your thermostat overnight. You’d have chilly toes when you got out of bed, but it would be close to 22°C (a.k.a your set point) again by the time your coffee was ready.
Playing with the thermostat too much has left people feeling that their heat pump isn’t up to the job of keeping them cozy.

If you love it arctic cold while you sleep, a setback might still be worth it for your comfort. Just know that your heat pump will use more energy and take longer to get back to your set temperature (in other words, the setback won’t save you money).
People with a ductless heat pump have a bit more flexibility. The advice above still stands, but you could experiment with turning down the heads in unused rooms ~2°C overnight.
